A. Reporting Infringement

B. After We Receive a Notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
• Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
• Notify the content uploader.
• Take further action, including possible termination of services for repeat offenders.

C. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed mistakenly, submit a counter-notice with:
• Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
• A statement confirming your right to use the content.
• Your contact information.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

If a counter-notice is received, we will notify the original complainant. If legal action is not taken within 10-14 business days, the content may be reinstated.
